This webinar will focus on the hazardous waste generator regulations for episodic generation of hazardous waste (40 CFR 262 Subpart L). Very Small Quantity Generators (VSQG) and Small Quantity Generators (SQG) can take advantage of these alternative regulations when they have a planned or unplanned event such as a spill caused by a storm, tank cleanout, or removal of excess chemical inventory. When a VSQG or SQG is approved for an episodic event, they can maintain their existing generator category.
